Nicole DeBraal has a professional background in corporate communications but, after a series of highly stressful life events, she made the conscious decision to quit her job and try to bring more mindfulness into her life. Nicole has recently completed the Davidji Meditation Teacher Training at Breathe Yoga in Rochester and is looking forward to starting her new career as a meditation coach.
